Cypress Bend is a small subdivision in southern Cedar Park located off El Salido Parkway at Cypress Creek Blvd.  It has 227 single family residences that were built through the 1980’s and 1990’s and range from around 1500 square feet to over 3200 square feet and range from the low $100’S to the high $200’s.  Cypress Bend has an organized homeowners association with an informative web site.  Homes in Cypress Bend sell at a very reasonable square foot price. 

Adjacent to Cypress Bend is Elizabeth Miburn Park.  It has over 35 acres and has a playground, picnic tables, BBQ pits, a walking/jogging trail, sand volleyball courts, a basketball court, tennis courts, washer pits, restrooms, soccer fields, baseball backstops, community garden, a veloway, a BMX track, a swimming pool and a rock climbing wall.  Also nearby is Cypress Bend Park which consists of over 4 acres and has a playground, picnic tables, park benches, walking/jogging trail, a sand volleyball court and BBQ pits.

Cedar Park was chosen by Family Circle Magazine as one of the top ten places to raise a family.  It is a fast growing community with easy access to Lake Travis, Round Rock and Georgetown.  Nearby is the Round Rock Express, a minor league baseball team, Volente Beach Waterpark, golf and many parks and recreation.  There is also a lot of shopping nearby, including Lakeline Mall.  There are many new shopping centers with department stores, restaurants and other services as well.
